What’s Really Happening with “The Reset”?

Lately, a lot of people have been asking: What’s going on?
And truthfully… I’ve been feeling it too.

There’s something big unfolding—a kind of cosmic momentum that’s touching all of us. The solar flares (you may have heard about them—technically called CME’s or coronal mass ejections) that came through last month seem to have kicked things into gear. And it’s not just in the stars—we’re feeling it here, in our bodies, our choices, our inner lives.

Think of it like this: when you finally get in the mood to declutter that drawer or tackle the garden—something clicks. You’re in the zone. You see clearly what stays, what goes, what’s been weighing you down, and what still brings you joy. This energy we’re in right now? It’s that, but on a soul level.

A few months back, I created a meditation called Super Nova to help navigate waves just like these. And if you’ve been feeling off, or even oddly energized, now is a really good time to work with it.

This month in particular has a very specific vibe. It’s like the Universe pressed the “accelerate” button. You may have noticed needing way more rest than usual. Or feeling more selective about who you spend time with—maybe even preferring smaller, quieter settings. Foods you used to crave might suddenly seem uninteresting. You might be pulled toward simplicity in all forms—even meals.

I recently did a five-day fast with a company called Prolon. It was structured but gentle, and honestly? It felt like a gift to my body. The cost was about what I’d spend on one restaurant meal per day. It was grounding and supportive—and it helped me reset not just physically but emotionally too.

Imagine hiring someone to help clean out your space. They pull everything off the shelves so they can clean properly—and now all your stuff is laid out on the floor. Suddenly, you’re looking at it all with fresh eyes. Do I even want this anymore? Why was I keeping that?

That’s the energetic space we’re in. Old memories, beliefs, and habits may be rising to the surface—not to overwhelm you, but to give you a real chance to say, “No more. I’m done carrying this.”

Personally, I used to feel guilty letting go of gifts from loved ones—even if I didn’t use them. It felt wrong. But eventually, I realized that honoring someone’s love doesn’t mean I have to keep every item. It’s okay to release things with gratitude and move forward lighter.

Here’s a simple practice: ask yourself, If I lost everything in a fire, what would I truly miss?
Sometimes, what we think we “need” or “should keep” just isn’t aligned anymore. Our energy changes. Our priorities shift.

I remember when I thought I was moving into a smaller space. A dear intuitive friend and I sat down and “felt into” which books I still needed. We moved quickly, followed our instincts, and in the end, I released nine banker boxes full—keeping just two. It was liberating. The trick was not to overthink it. Just listen to your Higher Self, the yes or no that rises before the mind starts narrating.

The Good news is: You’re recalibrating.

There may be aches, fatigue, emotional swings—what some call Ascension Symptoms. In my book Mastering Your 5D Self, there’s a list on page 89 that might help you better understand what’s happening. Of course, always check in with a doctor to rule out medical causes. But if you’ve done that, and things still feel “off,” consider that your system might simply be catching up with the higher version of you that’s already here.

This isn’t always comfortable. But it is honest. Real growth doesn’t always look like sunlight and bliss—it sometimes looks like a pile of everything you used to believe spread out on the floor, asking to be reevaluated.

One more thing: behind most fears is the ego trying to keep us safe. That’s not bad—it’s just outdated. When you feel resistance, pause. Ask: Is this fear protecting me… or keeping me small? There’s a difference between caution and contraction. This is your invitation to loosen the grip, gently. To meet your fear not with shame, but with curiosity.

As a way to support you through this transition, I’ve put together a bundle of three meditations available as a thank you. Eventually they will be on the Illuminate app. You can purchase them now by downloading them from our website.

  • Love the Ego – a gentle way to meet the ego, heal its wounds, and integrate it into your spiritual path.
  • Super Nova – created to support these energetic upgrades and assist you in navigating the flow of transformation
Triple Mantra – a powerful tool that helps you anchor your upgrades with ease and grace.

They’ll be on our Illuminate app eventually, but not for a few months.

If you’ve been tired, sensitive, uncertain, or even elated—please know you’re not alone. We’re in this together. The reset isn’t about doing more—it’s about becoming more you. With less baggage. More clarity. Deeper peace.

I’m grateful you’re here. I’m cheering you on.
Here’s to whatever you’re clearing—and whatever beautiful new growth is coming next.

With warmth and so much love,
Maureen
