  • How long do I have to complete the certification program?

    You have six (6) months from the date of your Level 2 Class to complete your practice readings and sit for your Certification Exam.

    We have found that this sacred container of six months mirrors the soul’s journey of rebirth and mastery.

    If additional time is needed, a one-time three-month extension may granted with the retaking of Level 2 class which can be purchased for $500.

  • Is there a payment plan available?

    Not at this stage. We understand that each soul’s journey has its own timing. However we are not equipped to handle payment plans. 

  • What happens if I don’t complete my practice readings in time?

    If you do not complete your 35 practice readings and Certification Exam within six months, you will need to retake Level 2 for $500. 

    This extension grants an additional three months to fully re-immerse yourself in the teachings.

    We honor your journey and encourage steady progress to stay in energetic alignment with your calling.

  • What does the Energetic Clearing include?

    You will receive a professional Energetic Clearing by a member of our Certified Clearing Team.

    This session removes energetic debris, hidden karmic blocks, and density layers — preparing you to be a pure, high-frequency channel for Akashic work.

    It is a powerful spiritual activation to support your success in the program and beyond.

  • How does the coaching relationship work?

    Upon enrollment, you will join a group coaching circle led by a Certified Akashic Coach.

    In this sacred group container, your coach will:

        •    Guide you collectively through the certification journey step by step.

        •    Provide feedback and guidance on your practice readings, both in group settings and through structured exercises.

        •    Support the entire group in preparing for the Certification Exam.

    Instead of walking alone, you’ll be held in a circle of like-hearted seekers. Your coach will serve as a spiritual guide and lighthouse, while the group itself becomes a powerful source of wisdom, encouragement, and accountability.

  • How long do I stay listed on the Certified Guide Directory?

    Your enrollment includes six months of featured placement on our prestigious Certified Guide Directory after you become certified.

    This gives you immediate visibility to potential clients seeking trustworthy, heart-centered Akashic guidance.

    Ongoing listing is available for just $250 every six months if you choose to continue building your sacred practice through our platform.

  • Is recertification required?

    Yes.

    To maintain the highest vibrational integrity of our Certified Guides, recertification is required every two years.

    The recertification process includes a live evaluation and an energetic recalibration session.

    The investment for recertification is $350.

  • What if I want to become a Coach, Examiner, or Teacher?

    After certification and demonstrated excellence as a practicing Akashic Guide, you may apply to become:

    • A Coach to mentor new students.

    • An Examiner to evaluate Certification candidates.

    • A Teacher for future training cohorts (highly selective).

    These leadership paths are by invitation and/or application — honoring those called to deeper service within our sacred lineage.
