A Beautiful Example of Timeline Movement and Higher Self Connection

During a recent session of my course Business Leaders: Higher Self Connection, a participant shared a wonderful experience that beautifully illustrates the power of conscious creation in daily life. 

Moments like this remind us that spiritual principles live far beyond theory. They unfold through lived experience, often through simple events that carry profound meaning. 

This particular story delighted everyone in the room because it demonstrates something many of you have heard me discuss in my teachings: the ability to shift energy and experience a different timeline. 

When awareness aligns with Source energy, reality reorganizes in surprising and joyful ways. 

One of the participants in this course owns her own successful business. She joined the program to deepen her relationship with her Higher Self and to bring that wisdom into her leadership and decision-making. 

Recently she experienced a moment that gave her direct physical evidence of the creative power available through conscious connection with Source. 

The experience occurred during an ordinary evening at home. 

She prepared dinner for herself and a friend. Her friend offered to stop by the local market to pick up a few ingredients. 

During their conversation she mentioned that her favorite kind of milk would make the meal perfect. She also recognized that the local market rarely carries that particular brand, so she expected another type would likely appear instead. 

Her friend left for the store while she continued preparing dinner. 

A few moments later she felt inspired to pick up my book, Waking Up in 5D. She opened the book randomly and landed on a page with a simple yet powerful suggestion. 

The line on the page read: 

“Ask Source to show you how much you are loved.” 

The words touched her immediately.She paused in the kitchen, feeling the warmth of the message. A playful spark of inspiration moved through her. 

With enthusiasm, she raised both arms high above her head and spoke out loud with joy and sincerity. 

“I am asking the Universe to show me how much I am loved.” 

Her voice carried genuine openness and delight. 

She smiled to herself and allowed the feeling of appreciation and connection to fill her entire body. For a few moments, she stood there in the kitchen, bathing in that elevated emotion. 

Then she continued preparing dinner, enjoying the good feeling the moment had created. 

A short time later, her friend returned from the market. 

The very first words out of his mouth created a moment of delightful astonishment. 

With a broad smile, he said, 

“That market really loves you.” 

He laughed as he placed the shopping bag on the counter and opened it. 

Inside sat her favourite milk. 

He explained that when he walked into the dairy section, a large display of that exact brand stood directly in front of him. The display appeared almost as though it had arrived specifically for that moment. 

He felt pleasantly surprised to see it there. 

She felt something even more powerful. 

Recognition. 

The Universe had answered her request in real time. 

They both laughed together, amazed by the timing and the playful nature of the experience. 

Later she shared the story with me during our class. Her excitement filled the room as she described what happened. 

Everyone in class listening could feel the energy of the moment. 

Experiences like this may appear simple on the surface. Yet they offer a beautiful demonstration of how consciousness interacts with reality. 

When someone opens the heart and invites Source to reveal love, the field of possibility responds. 

Energy shifts. 

Expectation shifts. 

Reality reorganizes. 

This type of experience also illustrates something many of my students explore as they expand their awareness: timeline movement. 

Each moment carries many potential outcomes. The frequency of our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs acts as a tuning mechanism that aligns us with a particular version of reality. 

A loving request to Source raises the vibrational field instantly. Appreciation, curiosity, and joy amplify that signal even further. 

From that elevated frequency, life responds in creative ways. 

Sometimes the response appears as synchronicity. 

Sometimes it arrives as an unexpected opportunity. 

Sometimes it shows up as something beautifully simple, like a carton of milk appearing exactly when it seemed unlikely. 

Yet behind that small event lives a powerful truth. 

You hold the ability to communicate with the creative intelligence of the Universe. 

You hold the ability to invite love into visible form. 

Higher Self Connection opens the doorway for this communication. Through that connection, guidance flows more easily. Synchronicities appear more frequently. Life begins to feel like a collaborative dance with Source. 

This type of relationship with the Universe grows stronger through curiosity and playfulness. 

When a request carries joy and openness, the energy field expands. The response often arrives faster than expected. 

The Universe enjoys demonstrating love. 

Sometimes through grand transformations. 

Sometimes through simple, delightful moments that remind us we live within a responsive, intelligent field of consciousness. 

This beautiful story from one of my students offers a gentle invitation for each of us.

Pause for a moment. 

Lift your energy. 

Open your heart. 

Then ask with sincerity and curiosity: 

“Source, show me how much I am loved.” 

Then allow the day to unfold. 

Watch for synchronicities. 

Notice the small surprises. 

Pay attention to moments that carry a spark of delight. 

Each of these moments reveals the living conversation between your consciousness and the Universe.
